No More New Running Shoes?

I just finished reading this book. I found it to be very intriguing. After being continually plagued with running pains and injuries, it definitely left me with something to think about. I kind of like the idea of running barefoot. I'm still not 100% convinced that I was made to run, but it makes a pretty convincing case for humans in general.

Did you buy the book or check it out from the library? I may need to read it. I can't imagine giving up my asics, but I'm interested in reading this. And feel free to join the running group. We've only been going on Saturdays lately, but I'm hoping the ice is over and we can start the six a.m. runs again.

Melissa, you'll have to talk to Kristin a little about this. This man in our ward is a barefoot runner and after years of injury, he loves it! I'm sure she's chatted with him extensively.

I've heard good things about these, but never tried some on. http://www.vibramfivefingers.com/
