Just wanted to squeeze in one more outdoor event for the last day of summer. This week it was Bell's Canyon and I went with some neighborhood ladies and left Peter behind. It was absolutely beautiful.
Unfortunately, my phone didn't manage to capture the vibrancy of the colors, but you can get an idea.
The water falls - not as big and rushing as in other years, but still fun to see.
This was one of those times that reminded me how lucky I am to live in Utah, and to have such beauty so close and accessible. (Well, OK, the climb at the end was a little strenuous, so not totally accessible to everyone, but not bad either.)

It was a beautiful hike and a fun way to spend the day. And now, sadly, it is time for fall.
