Yes, it may be cold and ready or not, Christmas is quickly approaching, but it's winter solstice!! That means that we have reached the shortest day of the year. After this, we start moving closer and closer to those long summer days that I love!
One day, I hope to turn this into a celebration complete with bon fire, roasting marshmallows and who knows what else. But unfortunately, right now, we have homework to do.

I was having the same thoughts, my only hesitation about a large celebration is it's so close to Christmas, but we'll have to collaborate on a Winter's Solstice Party in the future!
