What we have here are a whooole bunch of t-shirts. A plethora, really. Many, or lots and lots. You get the idea. These are many, but not all, of Shawn's race shirts from the past several years.
He has been collecting them so that they can be made into a lovely quilt, such as this:

About a week ago, he asked me if I would be offended if he were to send his t-shirts off to be made into a quilt, instead of waiting for me to do it. What?! Offended? Uh, no. I think it is a fabulous idea. I made those other quilts in a past life (read before children.) I'm all for sending the shirts off and eliminating the project from the deep recesses of my brain. Can't wait to see how it turns out.
